A book review2

  I read "THE NORTH FENCE".
  The main character of this story is a ranch hand. He came by train from the east,where is Saskatchewan.
 He met his new boss,Gilbert Sweatman. And Gilbert gave him Night, who is young black horse. Gilbert has a wife named Hilda.
 Main character's job is to feed the farm animals and to check the fence around Gilbert's land. The fence is thirty-two kilometers long !
 Today, he found something big moving beyond the north fence when he worked as usual. It was a very big bear. He consulted with Gilbert and decided to make a new fence so that bears will not come in...

 This book approaches the choice of killing a bear or rebuilding the fence. I chose the latter, because I didn't want to kill animals. But I was surprised by the unexpected result.
